GENERAL
The terms and conditions outlined herein ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Farm Vegitables ("FV," "we," "us," or "our"), which owns and operates the Farm Vegitables Website (as defined below), and any individual or legal entity ("you" or "your") who accesses or uses the FV in any capacity, or avails of any existing or future service, functionality, or offer provided on the FV Platform ("Service"), as may be modified from time to time.
FV advises you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. It is your responsibility to read, understand, agree to, and accept these Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions.
ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
To access and place orders on the Company’s website ("Platform" or "Site"), all users are required to complete a one-time registration and create a user account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for keeping your account details, including delivery address, phone number, and email ID, accurate and current. PRICING
All products listed on the Site are sold at their Maximum Retail Price (MRP), unless a discount or promotional offer is clearly specified. The price applicable to your order will be the one displayed and confirmed at the time of order placement, and it will remain unchanged regardless of any price variations that may occur between the time of ordering and the time of delivery. While most product prices are stable, certain items, especially fresh produce and perishable goods, may fluctuate due to changing market conditions.
The Company makes every effort to display current and accurate pricing. However, if the price at the time of delivery differs from the price at the time of placing the order, the amount charged will still be the one confirmed during checkout. No additional fees will be collected, nor will any refunds be provided, solely due to price changes that occur after the order is placed.
ORDER CANCELLATION - BY CUSTOMER OR SITE
As a registered customer, you have the option to cancel your order without any penalty, provided the cancellation is made before the designated cut-off time of the store or fulfillment center processing your order. To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service helpline. In such cases, any pre-paid amount will be refunded in line with the Company’s refund policy.
The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order placed on the Site if there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse of services, violation of the Site’s Terms and Conditions, or abuse of promotional offers. In such instances, the Company may maintain a record of the customer's activity and take appropriate actions, which may include restricting or blocking access to the Site or placing the customer on a restricted list to prevent further misuse.
RETURN & REFUNDS
The Company maintains a "no-questions-asked" return and refund policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality, condition, or freshness of any item delivered, you may return it immediately to the delivery executive. Such returns will be acknowledged on the spot, and the value of the returned items will be credited to your account in the form of a credit note or wallet balance on the Site.
This credited amount can be used toward future purchases. Please note that once you have accepted and acknowledged the delivery, refunds or credits will no longer be issued. The Company also reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of repeated misuse or where no valid reason is provided.
RESTRICTED USE OF THE SITE
You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner, in full compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable Indian laws. You must not use the Site for any of the following prohibited activities:

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION - COLOURS AND IMAGES
The Company strives to ensure that the product images and descriptions displayed on the Site are accurate and true to the actual items. High-resolution photographs and detailed representations are used to depict the colour and appearance of each product as clearly as possible. However, due to differences in device screen settings, lighting conditions, and image processing, the colours viewed on your screen may slightly vary from the actual product.
The Company does not warrant that your device will perfectly display the product’s true colour, texture, or overall appearance. Additionally, product packaging, design, or labeling may undergo minor changes by the manufacturer or supplier. These variations shall not be considered defects or valid reasons for return unless the delivered product is materially different from what was originally ordered.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, the Company reserves the right to either cancel that item from your order or provide a suitable substitute.
